The Itinerary. Any Medical/Rescue Evacuation Due To Mishaps Any Personal Nature Items Like Laundry,
Bar Bills, Table Bills, Camera Fee, Tips Or Any Other Item. Mineral Water / Soft Or Hard Drinks / Starters
.Services Of A Guide / Hot Lunch At Any Place Of Visit Any Other Services Not In The Programme.
1. Non Refundable Package.
2. We are Not Responsible for Changes in Govt Policies.
3. Anything not mentioned in Includes will be borne by Guest himself.
4. GST 5% & TCS 5% is NOT Included in above Packages and has to be paid extra.

Prices and room/seat availability may change until your booking is confirmed in writing.
Sightseeing is subject to government restrictions in force on the travel date.
2. Booking & Payment
To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment per person is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 25 days before the departure date.
If the balance is not paid on time, your booking will be cancelled without prior notice.
Payments can be made via cash, NEFT, or RTGS in favour of “Mizna Tour and Travels”. Cheques are not accepted.
If you are booking through an agent or representative, the package price will remain the same.
Payments made through an agent must still be in favour of the company. If paying in cash, it must be submitted to our Head Office in Mumbai and an official receipt must be obtained.
Mizna Travels will not be responsible for any payments made without following this process.
To protect your interests, please inform our Head Office of all discussions and payments made to agents.

If payment is routed through an agent, ensure the Head Office (Mumbai) receives the funds and issues the official receipt. Always email booking details to miznaholiday@gmail.com for your protection.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
120–60 days 30 % + carrier charges
59–46 days 50 % + carrier charges
45–30 days 70 % + carrier charges
30–15 days 80 % + carrier charges
21 days No refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–21 working days (PayPal: to the original PayPal email; cross-currency refunds are not offered).
4. Changes by You
A single departure-date change per booking is allowed; further changes count as cancellations.
Many services are non-amendable once issued and may incur up to 100 % charges.
5. Changes or Cancellation by Us
If we must make a Major Change or cancel:
Accept the revised itinerary, or
Choose an alternative of similar standard (price difference refunded/charged), or
Receive a full refund of land-package payments.
No further compensation is payable.
6. Passports, Visas & Insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health documents.
Mizna Travels only assists with visa submission and is not liable for embassy decisions.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory; travel at your own risk without it.
7. Accommodation & Transport Notes
Hotel rooms are twin/family share; extra adults receive a mattress/roll-out bed where available.
Many hotels lack lifts; advise mobility issues at booking time.
A/C and music systems are switched off in hilly areas; room heaters may be chargeable.
Seat rotation applies on coaches; no meals are provided on trains or flights.
8. Conduct
Disruptive behaviour may lead to trip termination without refund.
Guests pay in full for any damage caused.
9. Complaints
Report issues immediately to the local representative and note them in writing.
If unresolved, email miznaholiday@gmail.com within 7 days of return, quoting your booking reference.
10. Liability
We provide services with reasonable skill and care but are not liable for:
Acts/omissions of third-party suppliers or other guests.
Losses arising from force majeure events (see below).
Indirect, consequential, or business losses.
11. Force Majeure
Events beyond our control—including natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, or government actions—may cause delays, changes, or cancellations. No refunds or compensation are due in such cases.
12. Governing Law
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
